Online Adjudicator Training (First time adjudicators)

10th April 2024

• 10.30am - Adjudicators meet with head judges at Awards hotel for information session.

• 11.30am - 1.30pm - Adjudication session 1 with your panel

• 1.30pm - 2.30pm - Lunch

• 2.30pm - 5pm - Adjudication session 2 with your panel

• 5pm - Group Q&A session with Chief Adjudicators

• 5.30pm - Info session around Interviews

• 7pm - Dinner

• 8.30pm - Adjudication session 3 (if needed)

• 9pm onwards - Social event: meet at hotel bar for a few drinks after a long day.

11th April 2024

• 6am-9am - Breakfast (please pre-book times with reception)

• 9am - 11.15am - Input marks from applications & portfolio to excel marking sheets

• 11.30am - 1pm - Morning Interviews

• 1pm - 1.30pm - Lunch

• 1.30pm - 3.10pm - Afternoon interview sessions

• 3.30pm 4.30pm - Student peer to peer sessions (if you wish to attend)

• 7pm Awards Ball
